Supportive medications
- Warfarin (Coumadin) 1 mg PO once per day suggested as thrombosis prophylaxis
21-day cycle for 3 cycles
Surgical resection is performed 3 to 6 weeks after the completion of cycle 3, followed in 6 to 12 weeks by adjuvant ECF.
