- Semustine (MeCCNU) 130 mg/m2 PO once on day 1
- Vincristine (Oncovin) 1 mg/m2 IV once per day on days 1 & 36, given first
- Fluorouracil (5-FU) 325 mg/m2 IV bolus once per day on days 1 to 5, then 375 mg/m2 IV bolus once per day on days 36 to 40
