Lundin et al. 2003 Phase II

Chemotherapy

  • Alemtuzumab (Campath) as follows:
    • 3 mg IV once on day 1, then
    • Increased to 10 mg IV once as soon as infusion-related reactions tolerated, then
    • Increased to 30 mg IV once as soon as infusion-related reactions tolerated, then
    • 30 mg IV 3 days per week

Up to 12 weeks of therapy
