Supportive therapy

  • Caplacizumab (Cablivi)
  • Plasma exchange with discontinuation of plasma exchange five days after normalization of platelet count.

Relapsed or refractory

These treatments are usually used in addition to therapeutic plasma exchange, not in its place.
