Chemotherapy

• Carboplatin (Paraplatin) AUC 2 IV once per day on days 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Radiotherapy

• Concurrent radiation therapy, 1.8 Gy per fraction on days 1 to 5, 8 to 12, 15 to 19, 22 to 26, 29 to 33 (45 Gy total in 25 fractions)

5-week course

• Brachytherapy
