Chemotherapy
- Doxorubicin (Adriamycin) as follows:
- Cycles 1 to 8: 75 mg/m2 IV once on day 1
- Olaratumab (Lartruvo) 15 mg/kg IV once per day on days 1 & 8
21-day cycles
Supportive medications
