- RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer
Targeted therapy
- Selpercatinib (Retevmo) by the following weight-based criteria:
- Less than 50 kg: 120 mg PO twice per day
- 50 kg or more: 160 mg PO twice per day
Continued indefinitely
