For International Medical Graduates:

Valid ECFMG certificate
Scores of Parts I, II and III & USMLE or COMLEX
Clinical experience in internal medicine in the United States (or Canada if Canadian citizen)
Fluency in spoken and written English since communication skills are the core of internal medicine and Hematology-Oncology
Good USMLE scores
Letters of recommendations from U.S. physicians familiar with applicant's work preferably in Hematology-Oncology
Accepts J1 visa, will very rarely sponsor H1-B visa
