- Uncertain date: Treosulfan in combination with fludarabine is indicated as part of conditioning treatment prior to allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) in adult patients with malignant and non malignant diseases, and in paediatric patients older than one month with malignant diseases.
