General information
Class/mechanism: Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), biosimilar of pegfilgrastim. Binds to cell surface receptors on hematopoietic cells and stimulates proliferation, differentiation, and some end-cell functional activation.

- 2020-06-11: Approved to decrease the chance of infection as suggested by febrile neutropenia in patients with non-myeloid cancer who are receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy that has a clinically significant incidence of febrile neutropenia.
