Antibody-drug conjugate therapy

  • Loncastuximab tesirine (Zynlonta) as follows:
    • Cycles 1 & 2: 0.15 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes once on day 1
    • Cycle 3 onwards: 0.075 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes once on day 1

Supportive therapy

21-day cycles for up to 18 cycles (1 year)
