Biomarker eligibility criteria
- Gene: EGFR
- Alteration: nonsynonymous exon 18 or exon 21 mutations, or exon 19 deletions
- Acceptable methods of measurement: molecular profiling performed on tissue obtained at the most recent tumor biopsy
- Biomarker exclusions: EGFR exon 20 mutations
Chemotherapy
- Erlotinib (Tarceva) 150 mg PO once per day
Continued indefinitely
