General information

Class/mechanism: Antibody targeting CD22, conjugated with a cytotoxic, antitumor antibiotic (calicheamicin). Inotuzumab demonstrates a dose-dependent cytotoxicity both in vitro and in vivo. [1]
Route: IV
Extravasation: No information.
