Inotuzumab ozogamicin (Besponsa)

General information

Class/mechanism: Antibody targeting CD22, conjugated with a cytotoxic, antitumor antibiotic (calicheamicin). Inotuzumab demonstrates a dose-dependent cytotoxicity both in vitro and in vivo.
