Eligibility criteria
- VE-BASKET: BRAF p.V600 mutations
- MyPathway: BRAF p.V600E mutation without coexisting KRAS mutations, or other BRAF mutations
Chemotherapy
- Vemurafenib (Zelboraf) 960 mg PO BID
Continued until progression or intolerance
