A class of agents that are for the most part engineered monoclonal antibodies. Includes drug conjugates, which are typically denoted by a second name, e.g. brentuximab vedotin. Note that some monoclonal antibodies operate through immunotherapeutic mechanisms, whereas others are directly cytotoxic (and some are both).
