The initial drug with tissue-agnostic approval is for patients with unresectable or metastatic, microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) solid tumors that have progressed following prior treatment and who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.

Immunotherapy
- Adults: Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) 200 mg IV once over 30 minutes on day 1
- Children: Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) 2 mg/kg (maximum dose 200 mg) IV once over 30 minutes on day 1
21-day cycle for up to 2 years
