Biomarker eligibility criteria

  • Gene: EGFR
  • Alteration: nonsynonymous exon 18 or exon 21 mutations, or exon 19 deletions
  • Acceptable methods of measurement: molecular profiling performed on tissue obtained at the most recent tumor biopsy
  • Biomarker exclusions: EGFR exon 20 mutations
