    • Tolerance of prior surgery
    • Menses
    • Mucocutaneous bleeding, petechiae, oozing at line sites
    • Bruising, hemarthrosis
    • Family history--known hemophilia A, hemophilia B, von Willebrand disease (VWD), platelet function disorder
    • Need for transfusion or product
  • History of trauma, surgery
