Also known as bischloroethylnitrosourea, BCNU.

General information

Class/mechanism: Nitrosourea, alkylates DNA and RNA, inhibits several key enzymatic processes by carbamoylation of amino acids in proteins.[1][2]
Route: IV
Extravasation: vesicant/irritant
