Zoledronic acid (Zometa)
General information
Class/mechanism: Bisphosphonate, inhibits osteoclast activity and bone resorption/turnover, induces osteoclast apoptosis, and inhibits skeletal calcium release by tumor stimulatory factors.[1][2][3]
