Morphine milligram equivalent (MME)

  • Oral morphine: 1 MME
  • Hydrocodone: 1 MME
  • Oxycodone: 1.5 MME
  • IV morphine: 3 MME
  • Oral hydromorphone: 4 MME
  • IV hydromorphone: 20 MME
