General information

Class/mechanism: Tyrosine kinase inhibitor of BCR-ABL, the SRC family (SRC, LCK, YES, FYN), c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFRβ. Binds to multiple conformations of the ABL kinase.[1][2][3]
