The purpose of this page is to illustrate the difference between a "standard" longitudinal medical narrative and a "wiki-based" narrative. This narrative is based on a synthetic patient developed for the DeepPhe natural language processing project (U24 CA184407 from the National Cancer Institute at the US National Institutes of Health).
