Adjuvant therapy

CEV (Carboplatin/Etoposide)

CEV: Carboplatin, Etoposide, Vincristine

Regimen variant #1, 3 cycles

Preceding treatment

Chemotherapy

  • Carboplatin (Paraplatin) by the following age-specific criteria:
    • Younger than 3 years old: 18.6 mg/kg IV once on day 1
    • 3 years old or older: 560 mg/m2 IV once on day 1
  • Etoposide (Vepesid) by the following age-specific criteria:
    • Younger than 3 years old: 5 mg/kg IV once per day on days 1 & 2
    • 3 years old or older: 150 mg/m2 IV once per day on days 1 & 2
  • Vincristine (Oncovin) by the following age-specific criteria:
    • Younger than 3 years old: 0.05 mg/kg IV once on day 1
    • 3 years old or older: 1.5 mg/m2 IV once on day 1

21-day cycle for 3 cycles
